Important Legal Disclosures Governing your Transaction
Military Financial provides a short-term revolving line of credit, which is also referred to as an open line of credit. Short-term revolving lines of credit are designed to assist you with a temporary cash flow solution. A short-term revolving line of credit should not be employed as a substitute for traditional financing for major purchase. The purpose of a short-term line of credit is to provide temporary relief of voluntary or involuntary negative cash flows. There are no restrictions on how your short-term line of credit may be utilized. A revolving line of credit is superior to a payday loan. A revolving line of credit is more flexible than a payday loan, provides early payoff without penalty, and uses an amortization schedule that employs a declining principle balance. However, despite these advantages when compared to a payday loan, a revolving line of credit should not be viewed as a substitute for long term financing of a major purchase. Major purchases (home, auto, renovation projects, etc.) should be purchased with traditional long-term financing methods, which include mortgage financing, home equity loans, auto loans and leasing. The laws governing traditional long-term loans, short-term loans, payday loans, and revolving lines of credit vary from state to state and from country to country. All applications, transactions, and credit decisions involving your short-term line of credit with Military Financial are funded through International Cash Advance (ICA), a British Virgin Islands company.
