How do I get an LES from the DFAS website?
- Click on the link below, or cut and paste the address into your browser: https://mypay.dfas.mil/mypay.aspx
- Enter your SSN# and PIN# at the top left hand corner.
- When viewing your most recent LES, click on Save/Print in the upper-left corner. Choose Save.
- Save the page (in HTML format).

If you are unable to obtain an LES from the DFAS website, you can still apply. However, you will need to fax your LES to our office in order for us to provide you with
